Made-to-order apparel

This item is made to order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for choosing the wrong size or changing your mind. Check the size guide before ordering.

This applies to all current tees, hoodies, and long-sleeve apparel, including items fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos for a replacement or refund after review.

This support applies even when an item is made to order.

Ready-stock purchases

Only purchases explicitly labeled ready-stock and eligible for 14-day returns on their product page qualify for size or change-of-mind returns. Contact us within 14 days of delivery; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Current apparel listings are made to order, so this ready-stock allowance does not apply to them.

Start a request

Email your order number, the item and your reason for returning it to beuhleesanime@gmail.com. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include photos of the item and the problem. Contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Wallpaper download problems

If your download has not arrived or you cannot open it, contact support with the email address used for your order and your order number.
